Cookie Excavation

2nd Graders searched for "fossils" in the science lab this week and learned about the work of archaeologists and paleontologists.  Students learned about the meticulous process used to uncover clues about our past, and have also read numerous books about dinosaurs.  Chocolate chip cookies were the perfect site to search with a sweet, successful ending.  We all agree that dinosaurs ROCK!
